WOLF WEEK: In this foray into Wyoming and Montana, Foreman and Wilms travel to America’s first national park to track down the elusive grey wolf.
Upcoming:
THE MOJAVE ROAD: Foreman, Wilms, and their newest expedition member traverse some of North America’s stunning wilderness, following an old wagon trail and Native American trading route. Today, that track is a much-loved 4×4 adventure, known as the Mojave Road.
THE ALLAGASH WILDERNESS WATERWAY: The crew launch the canoe once again, this time on the extreme opposite end of the country to confront the Allagash River in Maine. Unlike the Everglades, gators and crocs won’t be the problem. Bears, moose, rapids, waterfalls, and freezing temperatures on the other hand… they could pose an issue or two.

Hi there. Just joined as a “follower” having watched the Canning Stock Route video. Enjoyed t tremendously as well as the way in which you present it. Most interesting and very easy going. Hope to watch plenty more on Australia, a country which I am sure that I will like very much. I am from sunny South Africa and do frequent the Kalahari and Namib deserts quite often. We’re planning some North American adventures. I (Summer) traveled through Ontario’s waterways when I was 12 on a boat and have very fond memories of places my family and I visited along the Trent-Severn. You live in a beautiful and special place!
If you have any insider info on awesome adventures we might tackle, we would love to have your expert input.
One of our next targets is the Allagash Waterway in Maine. That’s not too far from your neck of the woods, so if you have any nearby suggestions, we’d love to hear them!

I live in Perth WA, i want to do halland track too.
I want to start my journey from Broomehill like urselves, but to get from Broomehill to Hyden there is many ways, can u plz tell me which route did you use? If u put pin on places/towns that u go through from Broomehill to Hyden that would be great (the Holland route from Broomehill to Hyden).

Since discovering your FOREMAN AND WILMS youtube channel a few months ago, I’ve watched every video posted there. Your camera work, your editing, your background music, your humor, your personalities, and the overall enjoyment/entertainment/educational value of your presentations, is spot on, smack dab, dead center, fair dinkum, right up my street! Strewth!
Many thanks for your excellent presentations from a follower/subscriber in the heart of Wyoming.
To date my favorite is the Western Walkabout Series (which I’ve watched multiple times, and have gained something new with every viewing). The Canning Stock Route and The Holland Track adventures are tied for second place. They’ve also been enjoyed multiple times.
The crocs eating the dead cow was a one-timer, Gav.
Since very early on, I’ve been intrigued by the bright, ‘white’ metal, domino-shaped adornments (amulets? talismans? cartouches?) worn around your necks in many of the videos. Would you please be so kind as to explain their significance?

The necklaces are ingots made by an artist in Kalbarri in Gav’s home state of Western Australia. His is the Southern Cross and mine was a gift from Mr. Foreman: A bright sun over Uluru/ Ayers Rock. Mine was lost a while back and when we tried to contact the artist for a replacement we had no luck; it seems like he’s no longer in business. Hopefully it will still turn up! In fact, I may have lost it in your neck of the woods, so keep an eye out. 😉
If you liked Western Walkabout, you’ll probably enjoy the series we’re working on now where we travel through parts of Utah, Arizona, and California. We had a blast filming it and are really excited to get it out there soon. We’re about halfway done with the editing, so it shouldn’t be too much longer.

As you might well imagine, I’m eagerly looking forward to viewing and enjoying your soon-to-be-posted travel and adventure video footage featuring parts of the southwestern USA.
In the meantime, if there’s any more of your excellent Australian footage lying around begging to be viewed and appreciated it would be more than welcome.
Speaking of Australian footage, I’ve been watching some YouTube videos on the Roaming The Outback channel, out of a combination of sheer desperation and a desire to (vicariously) enjoy the Australian outback.
Compared to your Australian videos the RTO videos don’t come within miles of measuring up. The RTO channel’s creator, a solo traveler, takes viewers to places in the outback that are new to me, and interesting in their own right, but his photography, videography, editing, and narrating are massively disappointing, compared to the absolutely magical content the two of you present. Although the places visited on the RTO channel are definitely worthwhile, the manner in which the episodes are presented makes them about as interesting as a 3-hour lecture on the relative merits of flat and round shoelaces. The fellow making the videos has no concept of lighting, is nearly devoid of personality, and if he has a sense of humor, keeps it well hidden. Unfortunately, his videos feature far more footage of cattle than of wildlife, and he has nowhere near the talent you have for selecting background music.
Meanwhile, here’s wishing you and those close to you good health during the current Wuhan virus madness.

Are still in South America with his problem of the virus or have managed to return home.
Perhaps one day you go further south in South America and visiting Uruguay (my mother country) and also the awesome Patagonia.
